MagTek Audio Reader Tester is a free Android application developed by MagTek Inc. It is designed to test the compatibility of various Android Phones and Tablets with MagTek audio jack readers. Please note that this application is only compatible with audio jack readers manufactured by MagTek, Inc.

To use the application, simply follow these steps:

Step 1: Launch the application on your Android Phone or Tablet.

Step 2: Plug your MagTek reader into the audio jack of your device.

Step 3: Press Continue, taking note of the volume warning.

Step 4: The application will display a message saying "Checking reader, please wait..."

Step 5: If the reader is detected, a message will prompt you to "Please swipe a card."

Step 6: If the test is successful, a message of "Test Passed" will be displayed, along with the Serial Number of the Card Reader.

Step 7: Press the Send Configuration button to send the data to MagTek.

Step 8: The application will prompt you to select an email client to use when sending the configuration data to MagTek.

Please be aware that if the MagTek reader is not compatible with your Android Phone or Tablet, a message will be displayed saying "Test Failed."
